Trustees considered a formal request to establish a Maintenance and Operations advisory committee intended to review district facilities, maintenance, operations and infrastructure and to provide strategic recommendations to the board and administration. Board President Elvia Guadian introduced the request and Trustee Samuel Franco moved to establish the committee; Vice President Melinda Cisneros seconded.
