The Board of Trustees delegated to the superintendent authority to negotiate an agreement naming an agent of record for Decatur ISD's medical insurance. The motion, made by Delvon Campbell and seconded by Matt Joiner, specifies Higginbotham as the first-choice agent; if no agreement can be reached with Higginbotham, the superintendent may negotiate with McGriff and then The Baldwin Group. The motion passed 7-0.
