Board authorizes Oncor easement for high school CTE electrical infrastructure
Trustees authorized the superintendent to execute an easement with Oncor Electric Delivery Company covering about 7,080 square feet at Duncanville High School to provide access to electrical facilities for the new CTE addition; board recorded the easement will not affect daily campus operations.

Ms. Mari Zamora presented a request for a utility easement required by Oncor Electric Delivery Company for electrical facilities related to the Duncanville High School CTE addition. Zamora said the proposed easement covers approximately 7,080 square feet and will allow Oncor to "access, inspect, maintain, repair, replace and operate its electrical facilities" on district property, and that "the easement does not affect campus instruction or daily operations."
