The board voted unanimously to approve trustee participation in a board training session scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, for the purpose of meeting continuing education requirements under Texas law. Trustee Kimberly Swanner moved for approval and Vice President Travis Dollar seconded; the motion passed 6–0.
