A motion to adjourn the special meeting was made at 9:10 p.m. by Kay Smith and seconded by Russell Furnace. The board voted unanimously to approve the motion: Juanita Alvarez, Rene Alvarez, Melody Carroll, Aida Chapa, Russell Furnace, Curt McClain and Kay Smith all voted "Yea." The minutes record the tally as Yea: 7, Nay: 0.
