The Board of Trustees of Decatur ISD voted May 28 to delegate to the superintendent the authority to negotiate and enter into a contract with an architect/engineer for the Career, Technology and Engineering (CTE) Project. The motion was made by Trustee Matt Joiner and seconded by Trustee Delvon Campbell; the board recorded a 5-0 vote in favor.
