Board adds TASB Local Update 127 (multiple LOCAL policies) to Decatur ISD policy manual

The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees approved a set of (LOCAL) policy additions recommended by the TASB Policy Service under Local Update 127. The policies listed in the minutes include BJCF(LOCAL): Superintendent - Nonrenewal; CAA(LOCAL): Fiscal Management Goals and Objectives; DC(LOCAL): Employment Practices; DH(LOCAL): Employee Standards of Conduct; DP(LOCAL) and related personnel position policies; EHBB(LOCAL): Gifted and Talented Students; and FFF(LOCAL): Student Safety. Trustee Delvon Campbell moved to add the policies and Trustee Cynthia Alvarez seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
