The Decatur ISD Board authorized the administration to proceed with procurement for the Flusche Building Renovations Project and delegated to the Superintendent the authority to negotiate and, if needed, terminate negotiations with the highest-ranked construction manager and proceed to the next-ranked firm until an agreement is reached. Trustee Nate Bayless made the motion and Trustee Delvon Campbell seconded; the minutes record the motion as passing 5-0.
