Trustees approved an Open Educational Resources transition plan to adopt Bluebonnet Learning Math, voting 7–0 to begin the curricular transition and task curriculum staff with implementation steps.

The Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved an OER Transition Plan to adopt Bluebonnet Learning Math on March 10. Trustee Magliolo moved to approve the plan and Trustee Veasey seconded; the motion passed by a vote of 7–0.
