District Administrator Dr. Galvin highlighted superintendent goals that will guide work over the next three to five years: strategic planning, marketing and branding, school improvement plans, and community connections/communication platforms. The board’s adoption formalizes the district’s stated direction and asks administration to align operational work with the newly adopted commitments.
