Planning board approves fee‑in‑lieu option for sidewalks after public hearing; one member objects
The Lincoln Planning Board approved edits allowing the board to grant sidewalk waivers and, where a waiver is granted, require a fee equal to the cost of the omitted sidewalk to be deposited in a sidewalk fund administered by Public Works. The vote passed with one member dissenting.
