Board logs multiple FOIA fulfillments; lead‑testing request returned no responsive documents

During the Jan. 13 meeting, the board received a summary of recent FOIA requests. The minutes list multiple fulfilled requests: procurement/bid documents (Data Bid/Julie Dustin, bid documents for project bid 12/9/2025), purchasing records (Smart Procure/Sheri Reid and Data Branch Research Team/Eden Ding seeking purchase orders and line‑item details), active full‑time aide contracts (Lake County Gazette/Owen Wang), and an employee list request (Public Info Access LLC/CT Mills). Most were recorded as "Request Fulfilled."

A separate FOIA from PDC30/David Arvayo requested records related to properties and lead testing for district buildings built before Jan. 1, 1978 (including test results, certifications, contractor records and training certifications). The minutes record "No Responsive Documents" for that FOIA. The FOIA summaries included requested fields (purchase order numbers, dates, vendor names, line‑item details) and referenced federal guidance (EPA RRP and CFR citations) included in the request text as context for the records sought.

The minutes indicate the district offered to provide segmented purchasing reports if consolidated PO registers were not available, and staff noted willingness to work with requesters to reconstruct expenditures by school or department where necessary. No board action was required; the item was informational.
