Parkview administration flags attendance issues, proposes Attendance Task Force

Director of Pupil Services Matt Green told the board the DPI 2024-25 report card highlighted attendance issues and recommended establishing an Attendance Task Force to coordinate district, building and family outreach. Green said the task force would support building and district goals and community engagement to improve attendance.
The board took the report as informational and noted follow-up outreach and goal-setting work will continue. "DPI 2024-2025 Report Card —6 specifically attendance issues" was listed among the items Green highlighted.
