District updates cell-phone policy to reflect state-level changes

Policy 443.5 (Cell Phones and Personal Communication Devices) was placed on the committee agenda for revision. Administrator Amy Lewis said the updates respond in part to state-level changes that require districts to have cell-phone bans in place and to address differences in students' access to technology.
