Superintendent Andrea Smith and campus and department leaders provided a series of reports to the board covering academic, operational and student-support topics. Curriculum Director Cheryl Williams described the Teacher Incentive Allotment and LIFT grant activities and noted ongoing secondary math curriculum review; principals reported on enrollment, STAAR/TELPAS readiness, extracurricular competitions and upcoming campus events.
