Cindy Bull, director of special programs, presented special-education performance and funding details to the board. Bull reported that 59% of PreK–3 special-education students passed math and/or reading readiness measures (Fall 2025 MAPS); for grades 4–12 the district recorded 40% of special-education students passing all STAAR/EOC tests (Spring 2025).
