Board Secretary Carolyn Maggio and district staff reported the District received four FOIA requests in March 2026: from Sonny Ellen III (Regional Sales Executive, LRS Recycling) on March 9 requesting waste and recycling contract documents and invoices; from Abbas Khan (CEO, Civic IQ Inc.) on March 9 requesting purchasing records from May 1, 2025, to date; from CT Mills (Public Info Access LLC) on March 16 requesting staff leadership records for several functional areas; and from Sheri Reid (SmartProcure) on March 12 requesting general purchasing records from Nov 21, 2025 to the request date. The District’s responses are recorded in the meeting minutes (responses on March 9 and March 19 noted in the record).
