Nick Cavaliere of audit firm Baker Tilly told the board that "District 89 received a clean audit for its financial statements and Baker Tilly rendered an unmodified audit opinion." The auditor said there were no significant transactions outside the normal course of business; the report included routine internal control observations typical for smaller districts.
