The Sycamore City Council voted 6-0 to approve Resolution 1050, authorizing a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Sycamore and the Board of Education of Community Unit School District 427 for School Resource Officers. City Manager Michael Hall said the changes "are around governance, state laws, and clarifying some responsibilities but one of the major changes is the clarification on the 75/25 split."
