The Ponca City Public Schools Board approved participation in the Ponca City Development Authority (PCDA) Talent Relocation Program for eligible district employees on June 8, 2026. The motion was made by Judy Throop, seconded by Jeff MacKinnon, and passed with a recorded vote of Yea: 4, Nay: 0, Abstain (With Conflict): 1; Joe Vaden is recorded as the abstention.
