City reports multiple infrastructure projects underway, Constellation sewer reaches 60% plan phase

City Engineer Stoll, via an emailed report read by City Administrator Patricia Diduch, told the council the Constellation sewer extension design was advancing toward a 60% plan phase and the City will meet with affected homeowners about easements at the end of the month. Several construction contracts were reported as executed or moving to pre-construction meetings.
