Kent County selects Urban Partners to lead countywide housing study

Carla Gerber, director of Planning, Housing, and Zoning, told commissioners the housing study RFP drew 17 proposals and a review team shortlisted three firms. Gerber said the recommended firm, Urban Partners, has relevant experience and can meet a compressed six-month schedule tied to grant funding from the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Upper Shore Regional Council.
