County Administrator Kaysie Schmidt presented permit requests for Metro One Ambulance — a Secure Transportation Vehicle License (2026-2) and a Permit (2026-7) — and the Otero County Board approved them by motion and second on March 23, 2026. Commissioner Jim Baldwin moved to approve the permits; Commissioner Tim Knabenshue seconded, and the motion carried.
