Otero County accepts $20,000 OEDIT grant to update regional economic plan

Administrator Kaysie Schmidt told commissioners the county received a $20,000 award from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) to advance revision of the regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the Otero area. "The purpose of the grant is to support Otero-area regional CEDS revision," Schmidt said before the board voted to accept the award.
