Roundabout work on schedule; county engineers detail projects and timelines
County engineer reported the roundabout concrete work is complete, tie-ins and surfacing are being finished, and the project is tracking to a late-September/Oct. 1 completion; commissioners asked for a video update and confirmation on school-route communications.

County public-works staff told the board that concrete work on the local roundabout was finished about two weeks earlier and that crews were completing sand and gravel tie-ins and working on gravel at the time of the meeting. The county engineer said the project was "tracking right on schedule, if not a little bit ahead of schedule," and that the completion date was September 30 with emphasis that it needed to be completed by Oct. 1.
