The Smith County Board of Commissioners approved two procurement motions during its Feb. 18 special session: a purchase of a Whirlpool refrigerator from Oliff-Boeve for $1,299.99 and acceptance of a bid from Brooks Flooring for $2,277.50. Both motions carried unanimously.
