Commissioners say CCI conference offered perspective on shared county issues like water and data centers

Commissioners Rob Oquist and Tim Knabenshue told the Board they attended the Colorado Counties Incorporated conference in Keystone, Colorado, and found value in discussing shared county challenges. "It was good to talk to other commissioners about some of the same issues, such as water and data centers," Knabenshue said, and Chair Rob Oquist added that comparative perspective was useful: "even though we may think we have it bad, someone else's story may be worse. Perspective is key."
