Commission confirms two appointments to E911 Communications District

The commission conducted a second reading and approved applicants Jay Jones and Austin Bales for two openings on the E911 Communications District Ward. The chair introduced the second reading and Committee member (S5) said he had concerns about the district bylaws and noted Commissioner Cannon was absent and had suggested tabling the matter; the commission nonetheless voted to approve the appointments.
