At the meeting, a county staff member (speaker 6) presented the final plat for the River Rock Subdivision, located in Commission District 3 off Lee Road 319. The staff presentation said "There are a total of 8 lots being created from a parent parcel that's 25 acres," and noted the proposal uses existing road frontage with no new roadways proposed.
