The commission entered executive session under SDCL 28-13.42 to consider an indigent matter and SDCL 1-25-21(1) for personnel matters from 9:00–10:00 AM. After exiting executive session, the board denied an indigent request by unanimous vote and recorded the action in open session. The meeting adjourned at 10:02 AM; the next regular meeting is scheduled for 8:00 AM on June 4, 2026 in the Commissioners' Room.
