The board approved a lease amendment extending the federal tenant arrangement for the FSA building at 703 East Ward Street for five years, Oct. 1, 2027–Sept. 30, 2032. County officials noted that the county owns and maintains the building and that the new lease rate will be $25.00 per square foot.
