Jeff Nelson, director of BMCC's Small Business Development Program, provided the Board of Commissioners with a history and overview of the program on Aug. 5. Nelson described the program's services for entrepreneurs and small businesses and introduced local resource Johlona Nelson, who outlined her experience and available assistance for Wallowa County residents.
