Committee reviews trail‑work mapping app and asks to add MOU protections for county
Members tested and provided feedback on an ArcGIS Survey123 trail‑work survey and asked that a Memorandum of Understanding with the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation include permission to store equipment on county property, allow work in San Juan County per MTC priorities, permit limited use of county funds for materials, and enable some direct coordination with land managers.

The committee spent part of the April meeting reviewing an ArcGIS Survey123 survey designed to record trail‑work points (photos, locations, issue type, priority) and walked through downloading and submitting data during a short training led by Keltain Reece‑Sullivan.
