The Board of Commissioners opened a public hearing at 9:36 a.m. on the enforcement order for the property at 8121 N 894 W in Bippus. Kim Hostetler recommended releasing the order, stating that "all requested work has been completed." The hearing closed at 9:37 a.m., and Commissioner Tom Wall moved to release the order; Commissioner Terry Stoffel seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 3-0.
