Upper Arlington introduced Ordinance 30-2026 on Aug. 17, authorizing the city manager to enter an amendment agreement with Perry Township to update the intergovernmental fire and EMS contract. Staff described the change as the third amendment to a 1999 contract and said it formally includes roughly 21 homes in a new development east of Sawmill, near Henderson Road.
