After a short break, commissioners moved into a work session on Chapter 11 of the comprehensive plan (community resources). They conducted a line‑by‑line review comparing consultant text (Kimley Horn) with commissioner redlines (largely from Kevin), agreeing to retain consultant language in many places while adopting commissioner edits in others to reduce duplication and make the content more evergreen.
