Developer Dave Caracusa presented a revised plan to the Board to change previously approved quad homes to 16 townhomes in the Belfair Square project. He said the Planning Commission had provided favorable feedback and that most of the plan remains unchanged; the half-story would be an attic-like space used to meet fire department and building-code needs.
