During the Nov. 10, 2025 regular meeting, councilmembers discussed a rate request from SWEPCO. Wendell Moore moved to open discussion; Jonathan Knapp moved to deny the request and to submit a resolution, a motion seconded by Moore. The minutes record the action as 'All in Favor. None opposed.'
