Council members and staff discussed a policy change to allow citizens to serve on more than one municipal board or to limit service to two boards. Staff said the current ordinance prevents service on more than one board except for the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA), and that exception exists because the ZBA is regulated through state rules.
