During the public hearing on the UDO draft, Janine Clifton (local resident) asked that the UDO retain site-analysis and preliminary-plat requirements for commercial subdivisions, strengthen buffer protections for office uses abutting residential neighborhoods, and tighten tree-preservation language so open-space counts are meaningful. She handed a written list of technical edits to staff.
