With no further discussion, Councilmember Frank Dallahan moved to adjourn the work session. Councilmember Ken Biddick seconded the motion; "All were in favor, none were opposed," and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes record the meeting as approved on Aug. 18, 2026, and signed by Mayor Timothy J. Carney and Borough Clerk Jeanne M. Parkinson.
