During the Meadowbrook public hearing commissioners raised a question about apparent missing rear easements for lots 9–12. Staff noted the drawing showed no rear easement there and asked the developer to confirm whether that omission was intentional or an oversight. The county surveyor, Dan Sheets, said he had examined the secondary filing and that it matched the drainage board approval.
