Engineer outlines Perkiomen Creek drilling, easement needs and Bog Turtle Phase I study
Entech Engineer Matt Boggs told the Sept. 23 board that directional drilling across the Perkiomen Creek will require boring on both sides and in the creek because of rock conditions; he also said a Bog Turtle Phase I study will be required and that a proposal is expected at the next meeting.
