Administrator: Quanah to send 11 code-enforcement letters after Jan. 1
The citys administrator told the council it will send 11 letters starting after Jan. 1 to property owners whose lots or structures violate city ordinances; letters will cite the chapter and provide an appeal option, the administrator said: "They will have the option to appeal."

Quanah staff reported to the council that 11 code-enforcement letters are ready to be mailed after Jan. 1 to owners of properties the city says are in violation of local maintenance ordinances. The administrator said the letters will cite the relevant ordinance sections and give owners the option to appeal if they disagree.
