The Charles Town Board of Parks and Recreation voted to adopt a revised request for proposals for the Clean Parks Initiative during a special meeting on Aug. 20, 2026. Chair called the motion to adopt the RFP with edits circulated by Matt Ward and, after a second, the board voted with no opposition and the motion passed.
