Tennessee National has not signed proposed easement, county says
The commission said Tennessee National had not signed an easement proposal and that title review is underway; staff said if the company declines the easement the soil placement would need to be removed.

The chair told commissioners that Tennessee National "has not signed our proposal at all," and that the easement remains unsigned, leaving the county to plan for contingency steps if the company declines to sign. The chair said the lack of signature means some previously planned soil placement would have to be reversed and that any property-surplus actions would wait until title and procurement steps are finished.
