City Attorney Steven Gregory presented Ordinance No. 2026-08-20(A), described as establishing a temporary moratorium on the acceptance, processing, review and approval of applications for data centers and similar large-scale IT infrastructure within city limits. Councilmember Shane Suttor moved and Councilmember Sally Zaring seconded approval for first reading.
