The board approved payment of invoice 42442 to Conditioned Air Mechanical to replace an air handler motor, authorizing use of depreciation funds for the work. The motion to pay the invoice was made by Crystal Dailey and seconded by Bryan Doke; roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
