Engineer reports school progress and near‑completion of 2026 road program

The borough's JP engineer updated council on several public‑works items. He reported, "We continue to monitor the construction for the school," and said the contractor for the 2026 road program is substantially complete; a punch list will be prepared for final completion. The engineer also said Madison Avenue stormwater work has begun stockpiling materials and should begin excavation within the next two weeks, and demolition at 32 Mill Cleaver has completed with final grading and seeding scheduled.
