The Town of Millston presented Supervisor Dan Smrekar with a Community Service Award during the April 15, 2025 meeting. Treasurer Susan Marcou gave the award and read the inscription honoring Smrekar's many years of service on the Town Board, including recent years as a supervisor and prior service as chairman. Marcou said the board is "very grateful for your many years of service" and marked his retirement.
